I'm particularly challenged in the kitchen - I blame this mostly on the fact that my NYC kitchen isn't exactly spacious or an encouraging place to hang out....
But, thanks to the Today Show, M&Ms and my parents suburbia kitchen, I had a blast decorating these Easter cupcakes !
(They're flowers, butterflies and nest with eggs.)
Kathy Lee and Hoda taught me that you can make colored sugar by just taking a bit of regular sugar and adding a drop of food coloring and then shake it around! So fun, so easy!
